Draft for business and legal review — not yet effective.
This page is included for design review. Confirm actual operations, service providers, applicable requirements, and the final wording before publication. It is not a legal compliance certification.
1. Who this notice covers
This draft privacy notice describes the intended operation of ShelfFlare LLC’s corporate website. ShelfFlare LLC’s registered address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
NutraVora’s storefront and third-party marketplaces have their own notices and transaction terms. This website does not process a product checkout.
2. Information provided through the website
The contact form asks for a name, email address, optional company name, inquiry type, message, and acknowledgment of the privacy notice. Please do not submit health information, payment card details, or confidential documents.
In this design preview, form submissions are not transmitted or saved by the website. When a live form service is enabled, this notice must be updated to describe the actual submission handling and service providers.
A hosting provider may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser requests, to deliver the website and maintain security. The owner must confirm the chosen host’s actual logging practices before publication.
3. Purposes of processing
For a live website, contact information is intended to be used to respond to inquiries, assess relevant partnership requests, maintain business correspondence, and protect website operations. No newsletter subscription or marketing consent is bundled into this contact form.
4. Theme preference, cookies, and analytics
This design stores only a light/dark display preference in the browser’s local storage under the key sf-theme. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls.
No analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, or embedded social widgets are included in this package. A hosting or form provider may add its own processing; additional tracking must not be added without reviewing the notice and any required consent or opt-out controls.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Before launch, identify the hosting, email, and form-submission providers that will actually process information. If the included Formspree integration is activated, form data will be sent to Formspree for delivery.
Disclosures to service providers should be limited to what is needed for their work. Any other disclosures, legal obligations, business transfers, or practices involving the sale or sharing of personal information must be assessed and accurately described in the published policy.
6. Retention and safeguards
The business must establish retention periods and access controls for inquiry records, mailbox copies, hosting logs, and provider backups before launch. Records should be retained only for the relevant business or legal purpose.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This draft does not claim that security audits, particular certifications, or specific technical controls have been implemented.
7. Requests and choices
You can contact hello@shelfflare.com about your information. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, object to, or restrict certain processing. The business should verify requests in a proportionate manner and follow applicable response requirements.
Before publication, assess which regional privacy laws apply and add any required notices, request procedures, appeals, or opt-out mechanisms. This draft does not claim blanket GDPR, CCPA, or other jurisdictional compliance.
8. International access and children
This corporate site is intended for business and adult audiences and is not directed to children. Contact ShelfFlare if you believe a child has submitted information that requires review.
Identify any countries where information will actually be processed and the transfer safeguards needed under applicable law. Visiting the website is not treated as consent to all international transfers.
9. Changes and contact
Publish a clear effective date when an approved policy goes live. Explain material changes as appropriate rather than silently backdating this draft.
